Student Ministry Director
The role of the Student Ministry Director is to serve the Church, under the direction of the Pastoral Leadership Team, in overseeing and coordinating the student ministry at Discover Church.
Student Ministry comprises students in 6th – 12th grade. You will oversee weekly gatherings of Jr. High and Sr. High, as well as any Sunday morning strategies for students, together with the rest of the Student Ministry team.
The Student Ministry Director takes on the responsibility of guarding the spiritual culture and character of the student ministry and its Serve Team members.
Worship Director
The role of the Worship Director is to serve the Lead Pastor in overseeing and coordinating the worship ministry at Discover Church.
The Worship Director is someone who loves leading worship in a church environment, but also loves helping others to lead as well. As a Discover Church worship leader, you will ensure that Sunday worship is ready each weekend, but you will not lead it every time.
The Worship Director takes on the responsibility of guarding the spiritual culture and character of the worship ministry and its Serve Team members.
